*Please plan to arrive by 3pm to allow sufficient time for a full tour

Members/Residents of Newburyport, Newbury, or West Newbury: Free
Non-Member Adult: $5
Non-Member Child under 12: Free

Tours

Our friendly, knowledgeable tour guides share fascinating stories in each of the museum’s period rooms and galleries. Tours are conducted on a rolling basis during open hours and last approximately 45 minutes-1 hour. All visitors must be accompanied by a guide throughout the museum.

Directions and Parking

We are located at the corner of High and Fruit Streets in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Street parking is available on both High and Fruit, with a two-hour limit on Fruit Street parking and no limit on High.

 

Grounds

The museum's historic garden and grounds are open free of charge from dawn to dusk year-round.  Enjoy our free audio tour of the grounds by downloading the Uniguide app to your smartphone!

Research

The museum’s library and archival resources are available to researchers year-round by appointment. Research appointments are free for members and incur a $30 fee for non-members.
